Reiki and Diabetes

The knowledge that “unseen” life-energy flows through all living beings and impacts the quality of our lives directly, including our physical health, is a part of the wisdom from cultures that go way back.[1]

The word “Reiki” means spiritually guided life force. Reiki allows you to channel that energy in unlimited ways and “amounts” from the Universe, passing it on to others through your hands. [2]

Today Reiki is a globally known, recognized, and highly respected healing technique. A Reiki treatment is a form of spiritual healing. It brings physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body in alignment. [3]

Usui refers to Mikao Usui who “re-remembered” Reiki in the early 1920s and is based on traditional Japanese Reiki. [4]

Tibetan refers to the Tibetan Reiki teachings that have been combined with Usui Reiki Ryoho to give additional symbols and techniques to the practice, particularly in the advanced levels.

Self-Reiki sessions and Reiki Medication sessions have been instrumental in my success at becoming and staying medication free.

As I move into the maintenance phase of being medication free it is more important than ever that I continue to use the mediation and mental strength Reiki has given me to evolve and develop my mental approach.

In this book we look into Diabetes and the challenges it creates and how to deal with them in a progressive and positive manner using Reiki and the Universal energy it provides.
